NTEU has filed a brief with the Supreme Court urging it to reverse a line of cases that the government has used to try and keep NTEU from being able to file lawsuits in federal district court.

Yesterday, the House passed a continuing resolution (CR) to fund agencies through Dec. 3 and suspend the debt limit through December 2022, but passage in the Senate is unlikely due to the inclusion of the debt limit provision.
