Today, the second largest medical benefit provider for federal employees, Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (GEHA) announced its own COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive Program.
Beginning July 1, eligible members who provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination will receive a $75 credit to their GEHA wellness account. That credit could be put towards medical co-pays, prescription drugs, eyeglasses, contacts, X-rays and more.
The program is retroactive to 2020 so all eligible GEHA members who received a COVID-19 vaccine prior to July 1, 2021 may also provide proof of their vaccine status to receive a $75 credit to their wellness account.
